John Carter, MS 


John has worked for approximately 10 years in health economics an outcomes research within non-profit and for-profit settings. His current responsibilities involve design, execution, and overall management of research and policy objectives in support of market-access, regulatory, and core scientific initiatives, which include comparative effectiveness, epidemiological, and predictive pharmacoeconomic modeling, development of population and quality measure assessment tools using claims and EHR data, meta-analysis, and clinical trial design. John has a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Loyola University in Maryland, and a Master of Science degree in Predictive Analytics from Northwestern University.
